- Establish ethical guidelines for editors and reviewers.
- Publish the journal consistently according to the set schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities of Authors
- Ensure that all listed authors have met the authorship criteria.
- Take collective responsibility for the content, including research methods, analysis, calculations, and findings.
- Disclose all sources of funding and other support, whether direct or indirect.
- Clearly state the limitations of their research.
- Respond professionally and promptly to feedback from reviewers and the editorial board.
- Notify the editor in writing if they intend to withdraw their manuscript.
- Provide a declaration that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere in any language, and is not under review by another publisher.
