Author Guidelines
We accept research articles in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process before proceeding to the next stage.
General Guidelines:
- Originality: Articles must be original and unpublished in any journal or book, in any language.
- Relevance: Manuscripts must align with the focus and scope of Jurnal Manajemen Informatika (JEMARI).
- Language: Articles may be written in English or Indonesian.
- Title, Abstract, and Keywords:
- Must be provided in both English and Indonesian (Non-Indonesian authors may submit abstracts in English only).
- Abstract length: 150-250 words.
- Keywords: 3-5 keywords.
- Article Length: Between 5,000 and 10,000 words, excluding the bibliography.
- Article Structure:
- Introduction
- Method
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
Articles must be formatted according to the JEMARI template.
- Conference Papers & Theses/Dissertations: These may be considered for publication if:
- The author explicitly states the article originates from such materials.
- The content has been thoroughly revised.
- Authorship:
- All contributing authors must be disclosed in the submission metadata.
- Citations & Referencing:
- Authors are responsible for proper citation of sources.
- Articles must follow the specified referencing format.
- Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote) for citations and bibliographies, except for primary legal materials.
