This research aims to identify and evaluate IT infrastructure management strategies that have proven effective in improving organizational performance. The method used is a qualitative study with a case study approach to several organizations that have implemented IT management strategies optimally. The results showed that proper planning and procurement, competent human resource management, regular system maintenance and monitoring, and continuous innovation are key factors in successful IT infrastructure management. These strategies contribute significantly to improving operational efficiency, system reliability, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction. This research recommends the importance of integration between technical and managerial approaches in building an IT infrastructure that supports an organization's competitive advantage.
