Abstract

Digital transformation in the business world demands more efficient, adaptive, and risk-responsive supply chain management. This study aims to analyze the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supply chain optimization and risk management through a SWOT analysis approach. The study identified strengths such as adequate digital infrastructure and technology team competencies, as well as opportunities such as the availability of cloud-based AI platforms and regulatory support for industry digitalization. On the other hand, internal weaknesses such as low digital literacy and high initial investment were found, as well as external threats such as rapid technological change and data security issues. The results of the analysis are used to formulate an adaptive and sustainable AI-based SCM strategy, through a combination of SO, WO, ST, and WT approaches. This research makes a practical contribution to strategic decision-making, and enriches the literature related to AI integration in modern supply chain management.
